Entrepreneurs create value and wealth by identifying and developing market opportunities. This activity is a key driver for economic growth and employment in the UK. We provide training and consultancy support for community initiatives that encourage entrepreneurship and successful enterprises – including Government, LEP Local Enterprise Partnership, BIS, Chambers of Commerce, Business Links, FE Colleges and others.

The strategy is to segment the market of entrepreneurs so as to transform an undifferentiated pool of latency into a manageable ‘pipe-line’; then to organise entrepreneurs according to the skill level and stage in the life-cycle of their enterprises.

Then an investment strategy can be programmed, to expand the volume and increase the ‘flow’ of enterprises through the pipe-line.
